My experience of working within organisations encouraged me to set up Direction 4ward, a company dedicated to developing leadership skills within organisations.
Having been lucky enough to have an amazing line manager early on in my career, I experienced first-hand the true value good leadership brings to individuals and organisations. Working for her, I was committed, motivated, confident and highly productive (I can’t say the same when I am working under poor leadership). Working for her allowed me to be content with who I am while at the same time wanting to grow and flourish and to support the team I worked in to flourish with me.
My passion for allowing people to be the best they can be was born and I was inspired to develop my skills and dedicate my career to this; a journey that has spanned nearly 30 years now.
I have focused mainly on leaders because I truly believe that they are the lever to unlock individual and organisational potential.
